Rover Meteor's (Alloy Wheels)

I gave the 75 a really good clean up today after blasting around the North Lincolnshire countryside last week. The poor old thing was dripping in muck and scum.

Whilst cleaning the the alloys I thought they could do with a refurb. Looking rather pitted but that's it. I'm always careful not to knock the kerbs.

Then the brain starts working overtime. So went on the internet and came across the ZWarehouse who have 4 x's 17" Meteors for sale. Brand new, indeed still boxed up for some GBP 175.00. Bargain I thought. So I think I might get the 4 and take off the originals and get them refurbed.

Good idea or not?

Always thought the Meteors looked good and they are a steal!

Why not buy them - keep them as winter wheels as the Originals look better - IMHO.

Trouble is how do I smuggle them into the house, get them fitted, no observation on the bank account without the Big Bird noticing! Near enough impossible.
