I'm new to the site and new to MG's which will probably become very obvious when I ask my question. I have longed to own an MG sports car for as long as I can remember and today I left the house with money burning a hole in my pocket to buy a second hand one at my local dealers. However, it hadn't crossed my mind until I took it for a test drive that getting a towbar on one might be a problem. I work as a expedition travel writer and occasionally need to take my 15 foot canoe with me and I thought a towbar would be the best solution to my getting my dream car, although now arriving home and looking online I can't seem to find any makers for them. My canoe only weighs 35KG so its not like towing a caravan. I thought I saw someone towing a jet ski not so long ago but it might not have been a MG TF that they had. Whats the best thing to do, without burning the canoe :confused:
