New Defender

Well I thought the New Landrover Defender was going to be a good 4x4 but having spoke to someone who works at the well known place there are lots of niggles with them.

I also mentioned that a friend of ours who has a Range Rover is very disappointed with it and again its the fact most parts come from India and there seems to be a bit of a barrier when it come to getting the right part need I say more. This must be hard for Land Rover after having had such a good name for itself in the past.

Was surprised about the Defender news when the Boss told me. Outsourcing parts from India and Poland and both providing sub standard ones. :eek:

Still love the Defender to bits though!

I deliver into Brit Part in Carvan Arms most days and see a lot of Lorries from abroad in there unloading pallets of parts

A pity that something as iconic as the Defender is getting such a reputation.
